Southlake Concierge will provide the services to the client in accordance with the client's requests, provided that all requests are, at the sole discretion of Southlake Concierge, for lawful and moral lifestyle services in respect of the personal needs of the client.
Southlake Concierge shall use its reasonable endeavors to meet agreed upon timescales for delivery of services, but such timescales shall be estimates only. Every effort, within reason, will be attempted to fulfill the booking.
Southlake Concierge reserves the right to refuse any service requested; and/or withdraw the continuation of any service; provided that the Southlake Concierge informs the client of any refusal or withdrawal as soon as reasonably possible.
Southlake Concierge has absolute discretion to accept or reject any booking.
Provide proof of address, of identity in a form acceptable to Southlake Concierge upon request.
Services are based on an hourly rate, which may vary according to the day, time and/or location of the services. The rate is charged in 60-minute units (for example, if the duration of the services is 45 minutes, the client will be charged for 60 minutes). Only exception is clients that purchase "packages", then bookings are calculated in 30-minute units.
Southlake Concierge warrants that it will, always, exercise reasonable care and skill in providing the services and, as far as reasonably practicable, such provision will accord with the client's request and instructions.
Clients must rely on their judgement and discretion in selecting, hiring and using Suppliers (vendors and, or service providers). Southlake Concierge will not be responsible for any goods or services provided by the Supplier but will use its reasonable endeavors to assist clients in any subsequent dealings with Suppliers.
Contracts which clients enter into with Suppliers are independent and not connected to or subject to these Terms and Conditions. Southlake Concierge disclaims any and all liability for any act or omission of any Supplier or any loss incurred by a Client as a result of any act or omission of a Supplier hired by a Client.
Southlake Concierge shall, on its sole cost and expense, maintain in force adequate business general liability, errors and omissions and other forms of appropriate insurance to cover company employees only, and shall not cover any employee of the Client or third parties.
Southlake Concierge shall treat all confidential information that it holds in relation to the Client as confidential and applying the same security measures and degree of care to such Client Confidential Information as Southlake Concierge applies to its own confidential information; and not disclose the Client Confidential Information to any other person without the Clients written consent.
Southlake Concierge shall abide by its own Privacy Policy. This policy is available for download on the company website.
Southlake Concierge may disclose the Client Confidential Information only to the extent required by law, by any governmental or other regulatory authority or by a court or other authority of competent jurisdicti
Clients should refer to the Southlake Concierge Privacy Policy for any information on how Southlake Concierge uses and protects client’s personal information provided to the company.
Any client of Southlake Concierge may request any information that I hold and what personal data I possess.
